I am a senior manager of customer success at Charles, an Accel-backed startup. In this role, I work with international clients, own different operations-related projects and lead a team of 4 CSMs.

I have experience as VC investor at VU Venture Partners in San Francisco and worked closely with GPs who were early investors in 20+ unicorns, like Uber, Twitter, Oculus, Wish, Facebook and many more.

I have co-founded (and failed) two startups: Clipster, a live streaming commerce platform, and Plugs, a social app to help young professionals make new friends.

Oh and I was a professional volleyball player 🏐
